I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel, and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my experience. First of all, the location of the hotel is perfect – it is situated very close to the city center, allowing easy access to all the main attractions. Everything you need is within reach, which is a huge plus for those who want to explore the city without spending too much time traveling. The hotel has been recently renovated, and it shows. All areas are completely new and modernly furnished, which adds to the overall comfort of the stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. This sense of newness and freshness provides extra value to your stay. I would especially like to commend the staff. They are extremely friendly and always ready to help. Their professionalism and warmth make guests feel welcome and relaxed. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse, with a wide selection of dishes to satisfy all tastes. Whether you prefer a continental breakfast or something more traditional, you will surely find something to your liking. Additionally, parking in front of the hotel is another great advantage, especially for those arriving by car. There’s no need to worry about the safety of your vehicle, as parking is well-organized and convenient. All in all, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for quality accommodation in an ideal location. I highly recommend it!

We stayed for 4 nights during the last week of September and early October & it was our first time in the Dolomites. It was walking distance to town and there is free parking in the hotel. It was in a good location where restaurants and shops are walking distance. We ate dinner in restaurants close by. At check in, the reception gave us a list of recommended restaurants. The staff were nice. The breakfast was filling and they offered a variety of food and drinks. The pastries were not so good. We had better ones in the hotel at Val Gardena. On our first night, there was a big bus and in the morning, the breakfast area was so full & chaotic. There was almost no table available. The coffee/espresso maker line was very long and they ran out of cups, etc. I felt sorry for the staff who looked overwhelmed. Thank goodness that the next 3 days were better since we were in a rush to go to the mountains. We had a standard room in the Annex with a good view of the mountains & a little patio with chairs. It was quiet at night. The room rate we got was reasonably priced for the area. I was a little chilly at night and the hotel staff told us that they don’t turn on the gas until winter. Overall, our stay was good.

The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel truly offered great value for money, considering the quality of the accommodations and services provided. The view from the hotel was breathtaking, allowing me to enjoy stunning scenery throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, conveniently situated in a nice area with easy access to nearby attractions and shops. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely visit again.

The hotel is strategically located 5 min walk from the city center, very convenient for quick tours. Also if you want to have some drinks and some fun you can just park your car and have no worries that you need to drive back to the hotel during the cold night and the icy roads. You can park the car and just walk around. The breakfast had both hot and cold choices, with good variety of snacks. Definitely worth to book room with breakfast included. The parking outside is free but you have the choice to park in the basement for an extra charge. Overall was nice experience and will definitely book the same hotel assuming will be the cheapest compared to others around.

Very good location . Walking distance to bus station . We arrrived from Venice via Cortina express bus and it was very easy to find hotel from bus station and walking distance. Room has very modern decor and very comfy bed . Great breakfast . Coffee machine was bit slow , would be greta if there are 2 machines but yummy coffee . We arrived 10 AM and requested if early check in would be possible . But room was not cleaned by then so staff later on checked in our bags to the room as we went for sight seeeing at 11 AM. We also travelled to Tri cime -Dolomites by bus next day and the stop was also walking distance from hotel .
